Shipping Policy
The Domestic estimated delivery time is from 2 to 5 days. This time includes the processing in the warehouse and the delivery time of the shipper. Delivery to other European countries takes an estimated time of between 5 and 10 days.
Transport
At Rock Spirit Shop Online we constantly track all deliveries, in case the shipper might have difficulties in finding your address or has tried to deliver the product when there was nobody at home.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping and handling charges are free above 30€
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to let you know it's on its way. You will also receive an email from the shipping carrier, with a link to track your parcel. Please allow 3-6 business days for your package to arrive.
Standard shipping parcels might not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.
Express Shipping
Express shipping and handling charges are 30€
Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email to let you know it's on its way. Please allow 1-3 business days for your package to arrive. A signature will be required on receipt of your order.
Express shipping parcels might not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday or government holidays.
During Sale periods we are not always able to offer express shipping.
International Shipping
Standard shipping and handling charges for European Countries are free above 30€
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to let you know it's on its way. You will also receive an email from the shipping carrier, with a link to track your parcel. Please allow 5-10 business days for your package to arrive.

Shipping outside Europe
Standard shipping and handling charges are free above 30€
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to let you know it's on its way. You will also receive an email from the shipping carrier, with a link to track your parcel. Please allow 15-39 business days for your package to arrive.

Collect From Local Shop
The collect from local shop service is free of charge.
Rock Spirit’s collect from local shop service allows you to have your items shipped to Corralejo, Fuerteventura shops free of charge. Items must be picked up in person from the shop by yourself or a nominated friend.
